2016 CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS APPROACHING FAST

Once again we've reached that time of year when we look back on the previous 12 months of the BRSCC's activities and the time has come to celebrate the achievements of those fortunate drivers that managed to achieve the coveted title of champion of their respective series and championships – the 2016 BRSCC Championship Awards dinner dance.

Being held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon (formally known as the Holiday Inn) on Saturday February 4th, the 2016 awards are set to feature the usual mix of champion drivers, their friends, family and team members as well as associated invited guests from throughout the Club and British motorsport. With presentations, speeches, toasts and a few special awards to hand out it's set to be a fantastic evening full of celebration.

Drivers that are set to make an appearance include British GT champions Jonny Adam and Derek Johnston, British F4 champion Max Fewtrell and dominant Formula Ford 1600 and Festival champion Niall Murray amongst many others receiving silverware on the night. There will also be the presentation of both the Bert Lamkin Memorial Salver to the Club member who has done the most to publicly promote the name and interests of the club, and the coveted BRSCC John Nicol Trophy to the individual or organisation making the greatest contribution towards the furtherance of motor sport.
