NORTH WEST MARSHAL OF THE YEAR

Paul Newns, the BRSCC North Western Centre Marshal of the Year for the 2008 season, was finally presented with the trophy at the Caterham Raceday on the Bank Holiday Monday. Unfortunately the Oswestry marshal was unable to attend the North Western Centre awards dinner in Warrington back in March. As the Caterham Raceday on the 25th May was attended by Club Chairman Bernard Cottrell, it was the perfect opportunity for Paul to be officially presented with the John Ellison Trophy which he richly deserved.
