It has been announced that the BRSCC East Anglian Centre will run a 12 hour endurance race for Ma5da MX5’s at Snetterton on Saturday 12th November 2011. A 90 minute qualifying session will take place on the Friday.

The enduro, which will be a relay event, will be open to cars from both the Mk1 and new Mk3 championships and drivers will be paired so each team runs two cars.

Ma5da Racing Director Jonathan Blake said “We’re always looking at offering something different so we put the idea to our drivers and they loved it! I raced a Mk3 at the 1000Km race at Brands Hatch this November and car performed very impressively”.

The 12-hour relay will cap off what looks like being another excellent season for Ma5da Racing. The Mk1 championship will again attract huge grids and due to the group format will have capacity for 110 Mk1’s to compete at each meeting. The Mk3’s will make their debut as a fully fledged MSA championship following the success of last year’s series of races.
