Check out the Website at:www.britishformulaford.co.ukThe Dunlop MSA Formula Ford Championship of Great Britain is once again THE place for career-minded drivers to launch their driving careers.
With full grids and spectacularly close competition, the Dunlop MSA Formula Ford Championship of Great Britain is anticipating the strongest season in recent memory. The 2010 Championship is again the sole single-seater support at all of the British Formula 3 Championship’s UK events, plus other highlights such as the Formula Three Masters at Zandvoort, DTM at Brands Hatch and BTCC at Donington. This year’s British Champion will again receive a free entry into the 2011 MSA British Formula 3 Championship, together with a full F3 test.
Alongside the main Championship class, the Scholarship Cup will be open to new drivers using older Duratec powered cars. The 2010 Scholarship winner will receive the free use of a Van Diemen chassis, Scholar engine and free entry into the 2011 Championship class – a prize valued at £20,000!
In line with the Championship’s philosophy of giving drivers maximum possible seat time, the 2010 Championship will be contested over 25 rounds at 10 meetings, and testing remains unlimited, to suit each driver’s time and budget options.
With 7 chassis manufacturers already involved, new teams joining the Championship, and drivers already signing up, 2010 is sure to be better than ever.
