The Caterham Superlight R300 is an all new version of the Superlight race car. A dedicated race chassis with bespoke Bilstein suspension, a race gearbox and unique designed-for-Caterham LSD, have given the 175bhp performance that rivalled that of it’s former 220bhp stablemate – a replacement for which is due in 2011.Leading on from the success of Roadsports, the tightly controlled regulations for the series include such measures as fixed spring rates to ensure that an off-the-shelf race car is ready to race and competitive, making it suitable for privateers and team run cars alike, with no advantages to either!.
The 2010 Superlight R300 calendar follows Caterham’s established mix of fourteen rounds over seven weekends, the highlight of which will be the championship’s first ever visit to the former F1 venue of Zolder in Belgium for the Caterham Eurofest – a weekend exclusively filled with Caterham racing. The R300s will also join the Roadsport championships at Rockingham and Brands Hatch for what are set to be some fabulous weekends of racing.

3rd/4th July – Rockingham
21st/22nd August – Brands Hatch Indy
2nd October – Castle Combe
16th/17th October - Donington
