The second weekend of racing for Caterham Motorsport in 2020 takes them to Norfolk and the BRSCC’s East Anglian Centre, with the Snetterton 300 welcoming competitors in late May to continue their championship campaigns.
With the Academy still away contesting their first event at the Aintree sprint, their four sibling championships continue on to Snetterton with the Caterham Roadsport, Seven 270R, Seven 310R and Seven 420R series all raring to go. With the long Senna and Bentley straights, this is a circuit that was almost made for Caterham racing, as slipstreaming battles will see positions changing at almost every corner of every lap. There’s never a dull moment on track with Caterham Motorsport in town and their 2020 visit should be no exception!
But it isn’t just sports cars that will be taking to the Norfolk tarmac, as there’s also plenty of saloon car action ready to entertain spectators too. The BRSCC Fiesta Championship will see Ford Fiesta Mk6 ST150s and Mk7 Zetec S models go head to head for victory, with their younger counterparts in the Fiesta Junior Championship providing more intense battles courtesy of their 14-17 hot shot racers. Plus, there’s more in store from the Production GTi Championship with Mk5 and Mk2 VW Golfs also ready to rumble on the 300 Circuit, competing for the overall win as well as their own class victories.
