About the ZEO PROTOTYPE SERIES

The ZEO Prototype Series is a dedicated home for any and all sports prototypes and sports racing cars looking for a place to race against each other in high-speed, flat-out competition on some of the UK’s best racing circuits.

The ZEO Prototype Series was created by Excool’s Duncan Williams, an experienced racer who has competed in sports prototype racing for a number of years. The series features six classes, plus an invitation class and is open to any and all sports prototypes and sports racing cars wishing to compete, with both open-top and closed-top examples permitted to race. The variety that features in the series is superb, with the evergreen mix of various Radical models and more dedicated chassis constructors such as Juno, Ligier, Chiron and Jade joined by a number of unique and specially built models, as well as full-blown LMP3 race cars being eligible to compete too. This is without question the most varied and diverse grid of sports racing cars you will see racing in the UK!

The race weekend format is a 20-minute qualifying session followed by two races, usually 20 minutes in length. The series also typically runs over four race weekends, visiting some of the best circuits in the UK for sports prototype racing, including Brands Hatch, Silverstone, Donington Park and Snetterton. The series benefits from live stream coverage at selected meetings throughout the year as well as a dedicated race centre unit and hospitality to ensure a superb race weekend experience all round.

If you have any kind of sports prototype racer race-worthy and ready to go, then get in touch with series coordinator Grace Williams and get yourself signed up to take part!
