MJC FERRARI IS POLES APART

CATEGORIES:

The MJC Ferrari was the class of the field at last weekend’s Silverstone Britcar 24 hour race. Piloted by Surrey based Pole Witt Gamski, Keith Robinson, John Gaw & Phil Dryburgh the 430 GTC finished just under a minute ahead of the Martin Rich Porsche 997, driven by Martin Rich, Lukas Lichtner-Hoyer, Marco Seefried, Vitus Eckert.

The Gamski/Robinson duo was able to maintain their impressive form that has seen the pair win every round so far of the Britcar Championship. This victory will no doubt be the highlight of their season coming in such an arduous race and against such a large and competitive international field.

On the podium Witt Gamski was keen to share the glory with everyone who had contributed, “The best drivers, and the best bunch of people, all working together. Everybody did their bit to make this work, and Cristiano Michellotto built us a great car.”

In the BRSCC support races Tim Lewis won the Alfashop Alfa Romeo race in his Alfasud Sprint from Neil Smith’s 156, while Eugene O’Brien, Tom Roche and Luke Herbert were the respective winners of the opening three rounds of the Ma5da MX5 Autumn Championship.
