RESCUE UNIT PERSONNEL REQUIRED

Experience licenced Crew are welcome, as are any marshals who may feel they may want a “change of direction” and who would like to join the crew as trainees. Minimum requirements are at least two years on the bank and perhaps more importantly a weird sense of humour!

The MSA provide a structured training scheme which can be covered in a couple of years leading to upgrading to a full licence. As we have pointed out in the past Rescue work is not everyone’s cup of tea – there is extra training required and a lot of time on duty is away from the action with brief spells of intense work under pressure.
