SW MOTORSPORTS TO TITLE SPONSOR BRSCC CLUBSPORT TROPHY FOR 2023 SEASON

The British Racing & Sports Car Club is delighted to confirm that long-time Club partners SW Motorsports have been confirmed as ClubSport Trophy title sponsors for 2023.

The BRSCC’s hugely popular ClubSport Trophy short-endurance pit stop event has been one of the most successful racing programmes delivered by the Club in the past few years, and grids are regularly at maximum capacity. The series caters for a broad mix of production-based race cars, and the class structure is designed to allow close and exciting racing throughout the field. Due to the popularity of the series, it enjoys great coverage across many web and social media channels, and the Club believes that this offers another exciting platform for SW Motorsports to increase their market reach in terms of brand visibility.

Commenting on their decision to expand their partnership with the BRSCC, Shaun Woods, owner of SW Motorsports said, “We’ve enjoyed a great working relationship with the BRSCC for a number of years now, and we’ve been involved in some exciting and very successful projects together, such as CityCar Cup, the new for 2023 Audi TTCR series, and also in the development of the Club’s next-generation Mk7 Fiesta Junior car.

To become title sponsors of ClubSport Trophy will give us another platform to grow our branding further, and will demonstrate to the marketplace that SW Motorsports is much more than a roll cage designer and manufacturer. With ClubSport Trophy being a multi-class series, we look forward to assisting racers with enquiries about new projects they may have in mind, or for upgrades and improvements to their existing cars”.

Responding on behalf of the Club, BRSCC Event Operations Manager and ClubSport Trophy Series Coordinator Charlotte White said, “Having been involved with ClubSport Trophy from its introduction, I take great pride in seeing the growth and success of the event over the past few seasons. I’ve always believed that the series could offer a really effective marketing and promotion platform, and it’s great to now see SW Motorsports taking that opportunity this year. ClubSport Trophy competitors are a great bunch of people, and their cars are normally their pride and joy, so I’m sure that a good few of them will be in contact with SW Motorsports in future to investigate what might be available to them”.
