The four days of Autosport International always marks the unofficial start of the new season and it remains a great event for fans to get their motorsport fix during the winter months, while giving competitors, clubs and businesses the opportunity to network and finalise their plans for the coming year.

Located in the 'National Motorsport' area of the exhibition, the BRSCC stand had eight cars on display representing the Avon Tyres British GT, the Formula Jedi, the Mighty Minis, the Alfashop Alfa Romeo, the Mazda MX5, the Teekay Couplings Production GTi, the Caterham Academy and the Fun Cup championships. It was also pleasing to see some BRSCC championships having their own stands in the halls, including the Ford Fiesta and Fiesta Junior championships.

In addition to the above cars, the Porsche Boxsters acquitted themselves very well, entertaining the fans in the Live Action arena, so many thanks to all the drivers who took part.

The BRSCC would also like to thank everyone who contributed to the Club's stand, with a special mention for the volunteers who helped build and staff the stand.

A note for your diaries, the 2014 Autosport Show will take place at the NEC between Thursday 9th and Sunday 12th January.

Now it is over for another year, we are all working towards our first race meeting of the season, which will see our South Western Centre return to Castle Combe on Easter Monday, 1st April.
