Another weekend on the British GT Championship calendar that always has teams and drivers excited, the paddock once again crosses into mainland continental Europe and to the Ardennes forests in Belgium for its regular “away” round at the fabled Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. Home of the Belgian Grand Prix and the Spa 24 Hours, this circuit boasts iconic corners such as La Source, Les Combes, Blanchimont and the ever daunting Eau Rouge-Radillon sequence, all of which will certainly test both drivers and cars to their limits. The long straights and high-speed sections will also give the GT3 and GT4 cars a real chance to stretch their legs with top speeds sure to be in excess of 170+ mph.
