FIESTA JUNIOR IS GO!

The Fiesta Junior (for 14 to 16 year olds) organisers are now pleased to announce that the first races for Fiesta Junior cars and drivers are to start at the BRSCC South Eastern Centre meeting at Lydden Hill on 10th and 11th September.
The decision has been made, and it is expected to encourage a minimum 8 – 10 potential drivers to commit for this year and then make the championship really take off in 2012 with a anticipated 20 + cars. Organiser Kevin Shortis said, “The Fiesta ST Junior specification car is a brilliant vehicle to hone the skills for future racing and is truly and probably one of the best ways a junior driver will gain the necessary race craft to take them to higher levels – maybe Touring Cars”. “The cost of a race season in Fiesta Junior is probably a third of that of Ginetta Junior and just under double that of SaxMax.
