Gem Trailers have shown their support for our Avon Tyres Formula Ford 1600 Northern Championship by agreeing to provide a Prize Fund for the remaining rounds of the 2015 season, starting with the upcoming triple-header meeting on the Anglesey International circuit over the weekend of 8th/9th August.

Gem Trailers are providing £275 in cash to be awarded per race in both the Post 89 and Pre 90 classes. This will be distributed across the first five finishers overall in a structure soon to be announced.

Championship co-ordinator, Ian Smith, said “I am delighted that our competitors will be able to race for an exceptionally generous £550 per round. This translates to £1,100 for double-header meetings while at Trac Mon in early August £1,650 will be up for grabs as it is a triple header. We are very grateful to Gem Trailers for their support.”

Gem Trailers are a professional trailer rental company based in the North West of England. They are possibly one of the easiest operations in this field to reach as their base is close to Junction 12 of the M56.
