The BRSCC will break new ground this weekend by becoming the first club to use QR codes in their race meeting programmes, an initiative that will greatly enhance the raceday experience of spectators and competitors alike.

Two QR (Quick Response) codes will appear on the cover of the programme for the BRSCC Midland Centre meeting at Rockingham on Saturday & Sunday. When scanned with a Smartphone one will immediately take the user to the live TSL timing site for the meeting and the other will link to the BRSCC website, where more information can be found about the championships racing at Rockingham.

“We see this as a great way to keep competitors and spectators right up to date with what is happening on the track. Any spectator with a Smartphone will be able to take up their favourite position around the circuit and then by scanning the code have all the qualifying times, lap times and race results at their finger tips.” commented the BRSCC’s Dominic Ostrowski.

QR codes will appear on all subsequent BRSCC published programmes this season.
