Entries can be secured by making the full payment of £4,900 or by paying a £900.00 deposit with the balance payable by instalment payments. Where an entry is secured by way of deposit, the remaining balance of £4,000 must be made by 2nd April 2025.
If an entry is withdrawn the following charges apply:

| After 3rd February 2025 | 25% of the deposit value |
| After 3rd March 2025 | 50% of the deposit value |
| After 1st April 2025 | 100% of the deposit value |
| After 29th April 2025 | 100% of the entry fee |
