FUNCUP AT OULTON PARK

The BRSCC North Western Centre runs their eleventh and last meeting of the 2009 season at Oulton Park tomorrow. The meeting is dominated by a four hour Funcup race in the afternoon but there are also double headers for the BRS Recovery Ford XR Challenge and the Dunlop TVR Challenge.
Both championships are still very much up for grabs; Simon Robinson, Paul Bishop and Michael Blackburn are all in contention for the XR2 crown, while Chris Flynn is favourite for the XR3i title but Marcus Riley and Chris Jones aren’t out of it yet. In the TVR’s the overall champion could still come from any of the three classes currently headed by Danny Winstanley, Andy Race and Tim Davies respectively. |
