Boreham Motorsport were guests at the unveiling of the Barnet & Southgate College BSC Motorsport Team's BRSCC SuperCup MX5 last week at the Southgate Campus in North London.

There was a great turnout for the launch, including Ant Anstead from Channel 4's 'For the Love of Cars', who assisted the College’s Principal and Chief Executive, David Bryne in unveiling the new MX-5.

Ray Worley’s BRSCC MX-5 SuperCup #40 car was on show, along with a Ferrari, Porsche, Nissan Skyline, Jenson Button’s former Honda F1 car and many others.

The day was being filmed to promote the college’s motor racing department and a delicious lunch was provided by the College’s catering students.

Another aim of the day was to promote engineering to potential engineers of the future, so students from local schools were invited to attend and they also had a thoroughly enjoyable day.

The Team BSC’s SuperCup Mazda is due to hit the track very soon, which will demonstrate the excellent achievement of the students and help to make the course a permanent feature of the college syllabus.

Meanwhile, Ray Worley can be seen in action this weekend at Cadwell Park in rounds 5, 6 & 7 of the SuperCup, which is previewed at SUPERCUP AT CADWELL
