Luke has a lifelong passion for motorsport and joined the BRSCC HQ team after more than 15 years of involvement as a member and senior official. As Head of Club Operations, he provides senior leadership and strategic oversight across the Club’s operational, sporting and regulatory functions, supporting the delivery and development of one of the UK’s most active and diverse motorsport programmes.
Working collaboratively with the senior leadership team from the BRSCC’s Oxfordshire headquarters, Luke leads the Sporting & Operations function and acts as a key liaison with Motorsport UK, ensuring high standards of governance and event delivery. He also oversees existing and new relationships with motorsport and automotive brands, clubs and organisations, including agreements with championships and circuits, as well as the coordination of annual series calendars in support of the Club’s strategic and sporting objectives.

Greg is Head of Commercial Development at the BRSCC, where he leads the Club’s commercial strategy, series growth and stakeholder engagement across its championship portfolio. Working within the senior leadership team, he shares strategic responsibility for the Club’s progression and long-term stability.
Greg is responsible for the development of new race series and the continued evolution of existing championships, alongside identifying and onboarding external series and partners to strengthen market visibility and competitor offering. His remit also includes relationships with partners, sponsors and suppliers, commercial development initiatives, event management input, and the marketing and promotion of Club activities, supporting the sustained growth of the BRSCC’s sporting and commercial programme

Charlie joined the BRSCC in 2024, driven by a passion for motorsport that began with grassroots oval racing. As an active BRSCC competitor, he brings a racer’s perspective to his role, providing vital support to the Club’s Head of Sporting & Operations. Charlie helps manage memberships, registrations, and race entries, handles event planning, assists with permit applications, and is a first point of contact for general enquiries

Marcus is the newest member to the BRSCC’s Sporting & Operations team, bringing with him a deep-rooted passion for motorsport. Working alongside Charlie Snell, he provides key support to the Head of Sporting & Operations, helping to process memberships, registrations and race entries, assist with event administration, and handle day-to-day enquiries. With a strong enthusiasm for the sport and a keen eye for detail, Marcus is committed to delivering a smooth and efficient service for all BRSCC members and competitors.
