New Coordinator Announced for SuperSport Endurance Cup

The British Racing & Sports Car Club (BRSCC) can confirm that, following a number of years successfully coordinating the BRSCC SuperSport Endurance Cup, Andrew Schofield will be passing on responsibility for the championship ahead of the 2026 race season.

During Andrew’s tenure, the SuperSport Endurance Cup has continued to flourish, delivering competitive endurance racing, strong grids, and a well-regarded paddock environment. The BRSCC and everyone involved with the championship would like to place on record their sincere thanks to Andrew for his dedication, commitment, and hard work over many seasons.

From 2026, coordination of the championship will be taken on by Lyndsay Close. Lyndsay has been involved with a number of other BRSCC championships for several years and brings with her valuable experience and a strong understanding of club racing. She is very much looking forward to working with competitors, teams, officials, and partners as she takes on this new role.

The BRSCC would like to thank Andrew Schofield once again for his significant contribution to the SuperSport Endurance Cup, and to wish Lyndsay Close every success as she leads the championship into the 2026 season and beyond.
