BRSCC Gift Vouchers – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Redemption
- Vouchers may be redeemed against:
- Club Membership Voucher: Against BRSCC Club Membership for the period of 12 months from application.
- Racing Membership Voucher: Against BRSCC Racing Membership for the period of 12 months from application.
- Race Entry Voucher: Against Race Entries for BRSCC wholly-owned race series or championships. They cannot be applied to any race entries for promotor owned series/championships or charitable events (including by not limited to: Fun Cup Endurance Championship, C1 Racing Series, Ginetta Championships, Modified Ford Series etc.)
- Redemption is only available via RaceHub and must be applied at the point of entry or membership application.
- Vouchers must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Any remaining balance is forfeited.
2. Validity Period
- All vouchers are valid until 31 December 2026.
- Vouchers must be used in full within a single transaction before the expiry date.
- Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
3. Non-Transferability
- Vouchers are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom they were issued.
4. Restrictions
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
5. Refunds & Credits
- Cash refunds are not applicable.
- Where a refund is required for an item paid for using a voucher, the monetary value of that individual item will be credited to your RaceHub account as a credit, not returned as cash or as a new voucher.
