About the BRSCC Mazda MX-5 Mk4 Trophy
The Mazda MX-5 Mk4 Trophy is designed to be a stepping stone from the MX-5 SuperCup for drivers looking for a new challenge, or for those who are searching for the next level in their racing career. The current generation ND (Mk4) Mazda MX-5 model is used as the base car, with various racing upgrades such as uprated suspension, brakes and tyres, and also the very popular optional Sadev sequential gearbox package which delivers an excellent all-round package for drivers.
The concept behind the Mazda MX-5 Mk4 Trophy is to create a bridge to higher levels of national motorsport such as GT and sportscar racing and to add another level of competition within the BRSCC Mazda racing community.
For 2025, the Mazda MX-5 Mk4 Trophy competes in the new Fix A Wheel Production Cup, a multi-class sprint series inspired by the successful ClubSport Trophy.
