7. Entering a Race

To enter a race for a BRSCC championship, you can use the online RaceHub entry system to book yourself in. This is done by clicking the “Race Hub” button in the top right corner of the club website. Your login details for online entries will be your chosen e-mail address and password, which you would have picked to log into your account. If you’re unsure of your login details or have any issues, then feel free to contact the HQ office and we can help you.

Race entries must be paid and completed before the cut-off point, which is two weeks prior to your chosen race event. You will receive confirmation e-mails when you book in to your next race and also when payment is confirmed. Furthermore, you will also receive a final instructions e-mail containing a link to the dedicated race weekend ever page, which contains further links to all the relevant key documents you’ll need for the weekend ahead. These documents generally consist of:

  • The event timetable
  • A supplementary regulations document
  • A final instructions document including a paddock plan
  • An entry list detailing which championships are in attendance and which cars and drivers are set to compete in each

On occasion, additional meeting-specific documents may be added to the event page when and where necessary. You must make sure that you have read and understood all of the documents in the Final Instructions found on the event page online, to ensure you are aware of what to expect for the upcoming race weekend.

Tickets are released and sent out once race entry payment has been confirmed and not before. Tickets will either come in a traditional paper format in the post for some select venues and events, or via e-mail for most commonly known and used circuits. It is important to make sure that you keep your tickets safe and that in the case of e-mail tickets, you can either print them out prior to leaving for the circuit and/or if you have an e-mail ticket, you can supply a QR code to have scan when you arrive each day.

In addition, any inquiries and bookings regarding testing at the circuit you’ll be racing at must be directed and dealt with directly with the circuits themselves. For any MSV circuits, for example, you can book testing directly with them and any of their venues via their dedicated testing calendar page linked below.
